Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

    •    Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

    •    Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

    •    Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Return Shipping Costs

    •    If the return is due to a change of mind, duplicate order, or customer error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    •    If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping (we will provide a prepaid shipping label).

3. Refunds

    •    Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

    •    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
